Dr. Jeffrey Gevork Najarian
Graduating Class of 1994
Mesrobian Alumni Network and Mentorship Program continues to create life changing opportunities for Mesrobian High School Students. When Senior Lara Ghoogasian expressed an interest in exploring a potential career in Veterinary Medicine, she was connected with Mesrobian Alumnus and Veterinarian Dr. Jeffrey Gevork Najarian, who graciously invited her to shadow him VCA Santa Anita Animal Hospital.
Dr. Najarian, a 'Mesrobian Lifer' and Class of 1994 graduate, loved animals from his childhood and is a very compassionate and caring human being. He served as Mesrobian ASB Student Council President and was his class Valedictorian. He completed his undergraduate degree in Animal Science at the University of California at Davis. He later went on to complete graduate studies at UC Davis, earning a Master of Science in Animal Science. Dr. Najarian's academic career reached it's pinnacle after he fulfilled a lifelong dream and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.

Mesrobian Alumna Vicky Dudaklyan-Derbedrosian (center, Class of 1997), a designer and executive in the international fashion industry, FIDM graduate, and current Mesrobian parent, takes time from her busy schedule to advise two Mesrobian High School Juniors, Alicia Hernandez (left) and Annie Magdesyan (right), who are interested in the fashion industry.

Ashod Mooradian
Graduating Class of 1987
Ashod Mooradian is the head coach of the Mock Trial program at Mesrobian. Mock Trial is an academic competition involving over 2,000 local Southern California High School students. The Mock Trial program is a part of Mesrobian's Alumni Network and Mentorship Program, which connects current Armenian Mesrobian School students with the fifty-year-old school’s vast and experienced network of alumni in various professional fields.
"Mock Trial brings together so many disciplines: English, persuasion, communication, strategy, debate, history, etc. It’s the kind of program that really stands out on a student’s resume," explained Ashod Mooradian, Esq. (Class of 1987), head coach of the Mock Trial team and the father of three current Mesrobian students.
