New Student Application Process
1. Application

Complete the Application/Registration Forms.

2. Interview and Assessment

Attend an in-person interview and/or assessment.

Be prepared to provide additional materials if requested, such as:

Recommendation letters
-
Placement exams
-

Contact the school to schedule an individual tour (optional).

3. Admissions Team Review
-
The Admissions Committee will review your application.
-
Decisions are based on various factors, ensuring alignment with the profile sought by Armenian Mesrobian School for that class.

4. Decision
-
After a thorough review, the school will notify you of one of the following outcomes:

Acceptance
-
Denial
-
Request for additional information or interview
-
Wait-listed
-

5. Registration (Upon Acceptance)

If accepted, you will receive an email with a link to complete the Registration Forms via Jupiter.

Ensure all required information and documents are submitted.

6. Confirmation
-
Once the Registration Forms are completed and all fees are paid, you will receive a confirmation of registration.

Returning Student Registration Process
To register existing students, please:

Log into JupiterEd (to register a sibling, sign in for each child separately through JupiterEd)

Make sure the year says 2025-2026
-
Click on “Register.” You will be redirected to complete the registration process through JupiterEd.

Complete ALL FORMS ONLINE and submit all required information.

Payment of Registration fees is required. Please contact the school's finance office to pay the registration fees.

In order to register, there must be no outstanding balance owed the school.

Completing the forms and making a payment does not guarantee that you are registered. You will receive an email from the school when your registration for the 2025-2026 academic year is confirmed.
